We will not accept bookings from tourists who are looking for a party house, this is a quiet residential neighborhood, more suitable for families or adult groups.

There are stunning, panoramic sea views from the several outdoor terraces of the house where you can enjoy moonlight dinners under the stars as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

The house has had many recent improvements, measures more than 500 metres squared, comes with 4 bathrooms and 6 double bedrooms including one bunk bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The spacious barbecue room that opens directly onto the recently renovated private pool (12x4m) is one of the highlights of the property. Within the house’s lush tropical gardens, you will find a wonderful private pergola area fitted with numerous sun loungers.

Ground floor: indoor area with barbecue and extra kitchen with dining table, as well as double bedroom and bathroom. Access to the pool and porch area.
First floor: large kitchen, living room – dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Three bedrooms, a games room, and two bathrooms.
Second floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Room 1: 1st floor, double bed 1.35m with wardrobe, ceiling fan and window.
Room 2: 1st floor, located next to room 1, has two single bunk beds, with wardrobe and window.
Room 3: 1st floor, double bed of 1.50m, with wardrobe, ceiling fan and small terrace overlooking the back of the villa. Game room: 1st floor, next to room 1 and 2, children’s area with small terrace.
Room 4: 2nd floor, with a double bed of 1.60m, with small terrace overlooking the sea.
Room 5: 2nd floor, with a double bed of 1.60m, with wardrobe and small dressing room, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and small terrace overlooking the back of the villa.
Room 6: ground floor, with double bed 1.50m, with ceiling fan.

Bathroom 1: 1st floor, near rooms 1 and 2, with shower.
Bathroom 2: 1st floor, near room 3, with shower.
Bathroom 3: 2nd floor, ensuite in room 5, with shower.
Bathroom 4: ground floor, near room 6, with shower.

It has a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, wood burning fireplace. Two cots available. WiFi connection.
We provide towels (bath and pool) and bedding.

The house has an office space, and high-performance fibre optic Wi-Fi is available throughout.

There is parking for two cars on the site behind the remote-controlled gates and easy free parking on the street.

There are full laundry facilities, and the villa is fully serviced and thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company.

Heating NOT included, you can book it in two ways:

1. 7-9am and 7-10pm for 50 euros per day
2. All day heating (7am-10pm) or all night heating (7pm-10am) 100 euros but not 24 hours

Cancellations Policy

For reservations canceled up to 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 100% of payment.

For reservations canceled between 60-30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 50% of payment.

For reservations canceled up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler don't receive the booking part.
