Large outdoor terrace with dining area, garden and pool area with barbecue. Private pool 8×4 m, with garden to relax in the sun and where children can play outside. Outdoor porch to eat outdoors.
Detached house 200 m2 on two floors. The ground floor comprises living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with 1.50m bed. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A double bed 1.50m ensuite bathroom and the other with two single beds 90cm.
It features a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, stereo, DVD, iron. We provide towels, blankets and cot. It has WIFI, satellite TV, charcoal barbecue.
The site is fenced and has bordering hedge around the plot to preserve the privacy of the tenants.
Near the town center of Vilafranca, an interior village, little touristy, with supermarkets, bars, shops, you’ll enjoy tranquility and interact with the locals.
Located 5 km from the town of Manacor, located in the eastern part of Mallorca, it is the second city in size and population of Mallorca. It has 27 km of coastline and hinterland rich in scenery and an extensive cuisine from traditional Majorcan cuisine with wines grown up cuisine.
The Levant has established cycling routes.
The house is 25 km from Porto Cristo, where they have the chance to enjoy the beach, swim in the coves, to sail in its waters. Near the unspoilt beaches of Mallorca.
With easy access to a wide range of complementary services such as restaurants, golf, tennis, horse riding, scuba diving, surfing, boating, etc.

For reservations canceled up to 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 100% of payment.
For reservations canceled between 60-30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 50% of payment.
For reservations canceled up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler don't receive the booking part.
