Detached house of 150 m2 on two floors accommodating up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living – dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a porch. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two baths, a terrace and a porch.

Bedroom 2: first floor, twin beds 90cm.
Bedroom 3: first floor, double bed 150cm, with ensuite bath with tub.

There is two biclicles available for guests. There is a pram that you can use if you have children.

It is a 400m walk to Cala Mendia beach, 800m to Cala Anguila, 200m to the costal path. Supermakets, restaurants and a pharmacy are less than 300m away.
The town of Porto Cristo is 2km away and is equipped with hospital, harbour, shops, tourist sites…
Cala Mendia is a residential area with only one hotel there, so it is no crowded.

You can have easy access to a wide range of entertainment from golf, tennis, horse riding, to scuba diving, surfing, boat rides, etc.

For reservations canceled up to 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 100% of payment.

For reservations canceled between 60-30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 50% of payment.

For reservations canceled up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler don't receive the booking part.
