The house has three floors. On the ground floor we find the dining room, very spacious, the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. On this same floor we find two double rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and two bathrooms with a bathtub.

On the first floor there is a small distributor room with access to the terrace, and three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, all of them and dressing room.

On the second floor there is a gym area, and two quadruple rooms each (double bed and two single beds in one room and three single beds and a large sofa bed in the other), with a shared bathroom with shower.

The site is fenced and has abut hedge around the plot to preserve the privacy of the tenants. There is an automatic barrier to acces to the Finca, with a videocamera.

Located 7km from the town of Santanyí, that is in the eastern part of Mallorca. From Porto Petro to Cala Llombards, you can enjoy the coastline and find wonderful beaches. With a rich inner landscape and with an extensive range of cuisine from traditional to modern one, you can find Mallorcan wines grown up in the island.

The house is located 7 km from Santanyí and 15 Km from Cala Santanyí, where you have the possibility to enjoy the beach, swim in the coves, and sail its waters. You can reach near unspoiled beaches of the east coast of Majorca.

In and around Santanyi you can enjoy the typical mallorcan cuisine. Agricultural products mainly combined with pork and less frequently with lamb or veal make delicious dishes.

  Sopes Mallorquines: This bread soup is made from vegetables of the season, fine bread slices, oil, water and salt.

  Tumbet: Consists of aubergines, peppers, potatoes, oil, salt and tomato sauce. In combination with meat or fish.

  Escaldums: Chicken and potatoes with a sauce of pine seeds or almonds and raisins.

  Coca: Wheaten flour, oil and water, garnished with vegetables, fish or peppers.

  Trampó: Salad of tomatoes, peppers and onion, with olive oil and salt.

  Porcella Rostida: Backed suckling pig served with potatoes and artichokes.

  Pa amb Oli: Bread and olive oil, with salt and rubbed string tomato.

  Ensaïmada: Sweet pastry made from lard, flour, eggs, ail and water. Some are plain, others filled with jam, cream or sobrassada sausage.

  Sobrassada, Botifarró, Llonganissa and Camaiot are pork sausages flavoured with different spices.

For reservations canceled up to 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 100% of payment.

For reservations canceled between 60-30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 50% of payment.

For reservations canceled up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler don't receive the booking part.
