The house has a swimming pool (9x4m) with a terrace and a garden area around it. It has a porch on the ground floor, with garden furniture, where you can eat outdoors. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with a shower. It has many corners to relax. The house is on the first floor.

Detached 150 m2 single-family house on the first floor with living room, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and a bathroom near the pool.

Thre are three bedroom, two bedrooms with double bed (1.35m) and one room with single beds (0.90 m).
The kitchen connects with two terraces, one inside with a table to eat and another outside that has balcony furniture to relax with the sea views.
It has a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning (hot /cold) in all bedrooms and living room.
Availability of free cot and baby chair. It has an extra inflatable bed for children.

Parking available in the villa. The plot is fenced to preserve the privacy of the tenants.

Conditions

Cancellations Policy

For reservations canceled up to 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 100% of payment.

For reservations canceled between 60-30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler receives a refund of 50% of payment.

For reservations canceled up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the traveler don't receive the booking part.
